Return and Refund Policy – Liebora™

Summary of Our Refund Policy

Claim period: 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns: Liebora™ does not accept physical product returns. Instead, partial or full refunds (between 30% and 100%) may be granted depending on the reason provided, in order to prevent misuse.

Restocking fees: None.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a refund.

1.2 Refund Criteria
Refund eligibility depends on the reason for your claim:

Defective or incorrect product: full refund (up to 100%).
Product used or damaged by the customer: partial refund (30%–70%).

1.3 Items Not Fully Refundable
Certain items are only refunded in full if a defect is confirmed:

Used hygiene or cosmetic products.
Customized or made-to-order items.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your case and inform you of the decision.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 21 days after approval of your request.

3.2 Payment Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for your purchase.
⚠️ Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

3.3 Special Cases

Defective or damaged product: 100% refund.
Wrong item delivered: 100% refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive your order.

5. Claims and Disputes

In case of a dispute regarding a refund:

First, contact our customer service to find an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, you may contact a consumer mediator, as provided under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
